Q. What exactly is a E-Newsletter anyway?
An E-Newsletter is an electronic newsletter you use to keep in touch with your clients and potential clients. It’s all about connecting and staying in touch with people who have an interest in your business. Some may not be ready right now to spend, but they will in the future if you need in touch with them and build a relationship with them.

Q. Will my list remain 100% confidential and not accessible by anyone else?
Yes. Definitely. Your list is kept absolutely confidential and is only accessible by yourself with a private login in to your account. Your list remains 100% secure and is never available to anyone whatsoever. As you can imagine, privacy of each client's own list is the principle upon which our entire reputation rests.
Q. What do I have to do to make the system work – is it really that easy?
easy-news.com.au does all the set up for you. You’ll be given a snippet of computer code to give to your Webmaster to set up your subscriber form on your own website. Apart from that, we do all the rest. All you need to do on an ongoing basis is email your newsletter items to the easy-news professional editing team and we will take care of the rest.
Q. Can I customise the wording of all messages/newsletter content?
Yes.
Q. Will you write my newsletter for me each month?
The easy-news service is $29 per month and you write your own news item as a draft and then send it to our professional editors and we'll polish your words for you. Remember that the best e-newsletters items are short, pithy and take around 1 minute to read.
Q. Can I customise the look of my email newsletter?
easy-news.com.au is designed to be a off-the-shelf system that is fully automated. It is less customisable than a system you would pay someone to create just for you, but at the same time it costs far, far less. There is scope to match colours to your theme and layout of the newsletter and we’ll work with you as part of setup to achieve the best possible theme for you.
Q. Will the subscriber form work on my website?
Yes. Our subscriber form should work on just about any web site.
Q. Can I customise the subscriber form on my website?
If you want to gather more data from subscribers beyond the first name and email address, we can certainly customise the subscriber form for you. However, note that the more information you seek from people the lower the subscriber rate will be. In terms of appearance of your form on your own web site, your webmaster is responsible for installing the subscriber form on your own site, and will be able to mach the font type and colour to match your site.
Q. Can I import email addresses I already have?
Yes. We'll ask you to provide your list to us as part of the set up. You can add new subscribers you have collected at any time (eg: emails collected at check-in, cellar door, gallery visit, etc.
Q. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes – just give one month’s notice at any time.
Q. Do I own the list of my newsletter subscribers?
Yes. On cancelling your service we will provide you with a complete list of all your subscribers to take with you.
